Project Process
Listed below is the entire basement egress window system process when working with us.
- Customer sends images of the interior & exterior of their basement
- Initial quote sent via text & email
- Customer accepts contract & pays deposit
- Site visit scheduled & 1/2 project cost collected
- Permit package created & submitted
- Utility mark-out scheduled before installation
- Installation scheduled once permit is received
- Materials delivered prior to installation
- Typical installations are a 1-2 day process
- On project completion the total project cost is due
- Final inspection scheduled
